“My children are current B-V students. After spending three years at a nyc private school they couldnt be happier. This school and villages of Buchanan and Verplanck are the best kept secret in Westchester. My third and fifth grader have 18 children in their classes. Every adult knows every child, by face and by name. It feels like a progressive lovey-dovey nyc private school. The community is quite diverse - blacks, whites, jews, south americans, asians, rich, poor, middle class, single moms, grandparents as parents, blue colar, white collar. I usually don't tell folks how I love the school, distict and town, as I am afraid more people would move in. I wouldn't change a thing. A great american school.”

They take the time to teach the children and help them with patience and understanding. We are extremely pleased with this school and for the first time my children love going to school!
